PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays)

After purchasing an item, you will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Additional information:

- If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or DHL, MALMAS will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with MALMAS via our Customer Care contact service prior to your order being shipped.
- If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process (eg, incorrect/incomplete address), MALMAS reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee which corresponds with the shipping method valid with the shipping address for the order. If a customer prefers to receive a refund or store credit for their order if returned to sender, a refund or store credit will be issued for the value of the order, less the initial shipping fee charged.
- MALMAS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery or packages delayed in transit.
- The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
